Summary proxy for GPT-4o mini. Proxies JSON conversation prompt and returns choices[0].message.content as a JSON string with summary, key_points, action_items, and sentiment.

/api/recordings
Recording submission. Stores audio file (including file names with +), transcript, summary, caller number/name, and returns JSON with generated ID: {"id": "rec_..."}.
